"You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" says that I am glad to help you do that, as long as you remember to help me. If you help me" ("You scratch my back") , I will help you too ("I'll scratch yours").

Example: "I would really appreciate it if you introduce me to him... You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours."
